The Worcester Ramblers Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at Abberley Village Hall. The day will start with a walk (see link for details), followed by a buffet lunch and the meeting. 

All are welcome. The AGM is your opportunity to focus the future direction of the group. Please attend and support your group.


Please bring buffet style food. The hall will be open from 09:30 so you may drop off your contribution before the walk.

The group continues to thrive, however; the year has not all been plain sailing with the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation and governance. Election of Officers

Each year committee members must retire and stand for election. The committee roles are listed below. Details of the roles may be found on the web site by clicking on the Volunteer Zone tab or feel free to talk to the current incumbents or committee members. You can email by clicking on the Coordinators links or by clicking on Help, Contact Us. As a volunteer you can make the role your own so please do not feel constrained by how the role is currently done. If you would like to contribute, then please send your nomination to the Group Secretary (Sandra) by close of play Saturday 27th October. In the event of more than one nomination for a particular role, a vote will be taken by members attending the AGM.
